The dates for the 2010 Central Advent Christian Mission Society (CACMS) Triennial Conference are June 25-26, 2010. (The CACMS Board will begin it meeting on Wednesday, 6/23, at 3:00 p.m.) The Conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Worthington OH. Plan now to attend and bring delegates from your church and conference.
 
The Central Region WH&FMS will meet on Friday, June 25th and the Midwest Advent Christian Campmeeting Association (MACCA) BUSINESS MEETINGS WILL BE ON Saturday morning June 26th during the triennial business meeting of the CACMS. Several seminars are scheduled for Friday. A detailed program with registration forms etc. will be mailed in April.
 
Delegates to the CACMS & MACCA business meeting on Saturday, 6/26, will be seated according to their respective constitutions as follows:
 
Representatives for membership meetings shall be as follows:
  1. Each member-conference shall be entitled to one delegate for each two hundred of its church members or major fraction thereof, provided that each member-conference shall be entitled to at least one delegate.
  2. Each recognized connectional society shall be entitled to one delegate for each two hundred of its members or major fraction thereof, provided that each connectional society shall be entitled to at least one delegate.
  3. Each church in good standing in a member-conference shall be entitled to one delegate for each one hundred of its members or major fraction thereof, provided that each church shall be entitled to at least one delegate.
  4. Each member of the Board of Directors shall be entitled to one delegate vote.
  5. Each minister holding credentials in a member-conference shall be entitled to one delegate vote.
 
Delegates must be present a membership meetings to cast votes, and no delegate shall carry more than one vote.
 
Delegates to the WH&FMS business meeting on Friday, 6/26, will be seated according to their constitution:
 
 Representation for membership meetings shall be as follows:
  1. Each local society shall be entitled to one delegate for each seven of its members, or major fraction thereof, provided that each local society be entitled to at least one delegate.
  2. Each member of the Executive Board shall be entitled to one delegate vote.
  3. Delegates must be present at membership meetings to cast a vote, and no delegate shall carry more than one vote.
